Customer Assurance Manager in Brea, CA
Starting Hourly Wage: $25.00We have exciting opportunities available for individuals to join our Residential Customer Assurance/Dealer Development Team and our Commercial Customer Assurance Team. Positions are located in Concord, San Diego and Brea.
As a Customer Assurance Manager, individuals will be tasked with the following duties:
-Provide over the phone technical support on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
-Perform job-site visits in order to assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment - Review, assess, and resolve warranty related disputes with contractors and homeowners
-Provide technical, product, and sales training to HVAC contractors
